Susan Ganz

Strategic Advisor

 Susan Ganz is a Strategic Advisor to senior-level executives of middle market and larger, global companies, working on key strategic initiatives and organizational transformations. She improves employee engagement, the client experience, productivity, and profitability.  Susan leverages her prior corporate experience with major companies, such as JPMorgan Chase, Ernst & Young, Merrill Lynch, Credit Suisse, Mass Mutual, and Prudential, in her approach to her change management work. 

She is a sought after speaker on women’s leadership, business strategy, professional advancement, and financial literacy topics. She has been quoted in publications, such as the New York Times, Forbes, and the Wall Street Journal for her leadership and financial navigation expertise.  Susan is dedicated to giving back to the community.  She is involved in the Melville Chamber of Commerce as Co-Chair of the W.O.M.E.N.’s Group; Financial Women’s Association, where she is a former President; Wharton Women’s Circle Facilitator; Co-Founder of the Long Island Diversity Council; Female Wave of Change as the New York State Ambassador and Instructor for Women Leading in Change; and Inspired Women Lead as a mentor, to name a few of the organizations. 

Susan holds a BS in Clinical Psychology from Tufts University and has her MBA in Finance and Strategic Management from The Wharton School.
